We've added some exciting new areas of content to our site that will help people who might need our service, referrers, mediators and the general public.
Mediation at CJC sets out when and why mediation can help, as well as the relationship between courts and mediation and CJC mediation for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people. The site also describes how CJC mediation works and what kinds of disputes can benefit from mediation.
The new site uses case studies and photos, including an illustrated step-by-step guide to arranging mediation to help site users who don't speak or read English well. There is also useful information for mediators and referrers.
